Undesirable Content: Certain types of content are not permitted on our network. We do not host adult content of any description. We reserve the right to determine what constitutes adult content and what does not. Content relating to Hacking, Cracking, Warez and IRC is not allowed. Software downloads may only be hosted if you are the writer and copyright owner of the software, all other software including freeware, shareware and trial software is forbidden. Audio and video downloads may only be hosted if you are the creator and copyright owner of the work.

Bulk Email: The use of our network to send bulk email, whether opt-in or otherwise, and the use of bulk email to promote a site on our network is strictly forbidden. As a guideline, we consider sending over 200 emails at once as bulk email.

Misuse Of Resources: Including but not limited to employing applications which consume excessive CPU time, memory or storage space. Chat/IRC, web proxy and mailing list scripts are not allowed on our servers under any circumstances. Streaming media can be a drain on web server resources and as such is not allowed. CGI based message forums which use flat file databases are often found to use excessive system resources, to avoid disappointment please use a PHP message forum. The use of web cam applications which maintain a constant FTP connection uploading an image at regular intervals is forbidden.

If you are unsure about content you intend to place on our server, please check with us before you do so. We reserve the right to determine what constitutes acceptable use.

LIABILITY
Maximum financial liability to pat-host.net shall be limited to a refund to the client of their payment.

pat-host.net accounts may not to be used to host a collection of mp3s, audios, videos, anime, .rar files, Warez and similar files, or to backup your computer or another source. They may not be used for general storage of any type. They may not be used as download mirrors or download/upload portals. They may not be used for HYIP(High Yield Investment Programmes), Ponzi schemes or pyramid schemes. They may not be used to provide proxy servers.

All content stored on a pat-host.net account must be directly used on the Internet by the website associated with that account. The accounts may not be used as a download distribution point for your software or media.

pat-host.net accounts may be used for standard web practices only. This means that all content stored on the account must be used for "acceptable" website use. “Unacceptable” usage is anything that a shared server would not be able to provide under standard circumstances. (see AUP)

We ensure that we place the appropriate number of websites per server so that the server does not become overloaded. However, we expect our clients to adhere to our terms of service which are designed to ensure that the server is not overloaded.

All materials and services designed or supplied by pat-host.net remain the property of pat-host.net until paid for in full and pat-host.net retains the right to suspend services in the event of non-payment. Copyright on pat-host.net original work is retained by pat-host.net, copyright on material supplied by clients or a third party remains with the original creator.
